Product Safety & Squishy Care Guide

We want you to enjoy your Squish for as long as possible. Squishies are soft, stretchy and seriously fun, but they need a little love and care too!

Please read these safety and care guidelines before using your new Squish.

SQUISHIES ARE NOT FOOD!

We know some of them look delicious. We know some of them smell delicious. But please don't eat them! Squishies and their fillings are NOT edible.

Never:

• Eat or swallow any part of a squishy
• Bite or chew your squishy
• Lick the squishy or its filling
• Put the squishy or its contents in your mouth

Keep squishies away from very young children who may put them in their mouths.

ADULT SUPERVISION

Squish products are sensory products and should be used responsibly. Children should use Squish products with appropriate adult supervision, particularly products containing small parts, beads, liquids, gels or other fillings.

Always check the individual product information and packaging for additional warnings or recommended ages.

SQUEEZE — DON'T DESTROY!

Squishies are stretchy, but they're not indestructible. For a longer-lasting Squish:

• ✓ Squeeze gently
• ✓ Stretch carefully
• ✓ Keep fingernails away from the skin
• ✓ Keep away from sharp objects
• ✓ Store safely when you're finished playing

Try not to:

• ✗ Pull as hard as you can
• ✗ Twist aggressively
• ✗ Stretch one small section repeatedly
• ✗ Poke the skin with your fingernails
• ✗ Bite or chew it
• ✗ Test how far it can stretch!

The more gently you treat your Squish, the longer it is likely to last.

UH-OH! MY SQUISH IS LEAKING!

Squishies can occasionally tear or develop a leak, especially after lots of squeezing and stretching. If your Squish tears or leaks:

1. Stop squeezing it. Put it somewhere safe.
2. Don't touch your face. Keep the filling away from your eyes and mouth.
3. Wash your hands. Wash your hands thoroughly after touching leaked filling.
4. Keep it away from children and pets. Do not allow anyone to eat or play with leaked filling.
5. Ask an adult for help. Some small tears or plug leaks may be repairable using the correct Squishy Glue.

If your Squish arrived damaged, please contact us at info@squish.ae within 3 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photographs or video of the problem.

UAE HEAT WARNING

Your Squish might be HOT when it arrives! Delivery vehicles in the UAE can become extremely hot, particularly during summer.

If your package feels hot when it arrives: WAIT BEFORE YOU SQUISH! Let your squishy cool naturally and return completely to room temperature before squeezing or stretching it. Heat may temporarily make some squishies softer or change their texture.

Never leave your Squish:

• ✗ Inside a parked car
• ✗ In direct sunlight
• ✗ Near a heater
• ✗ Near an open flame
• ✗ Anywhere extremely hot

A cool Squish is a happy Squish!

KEEP YOUR SQUISH CLEAN

Squishies can naturally pick up dust, fluff and dirt during play. If your particular squishy can be cleaned, use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the outside.

Do not use harsh household cleaners, solvents or chemicals. Do not soak or submerge your Squish in water unless the product instructions specifically say that it is safe to do so.

Allow the outside to dry completely before storing it.

STORING YOUR SQUISH

When you're finished squishing, store your Squish:

• ✓ At room temperature
• ✓ Away from direct sunlight
• ✓ Away from sharp objects
• ✓ Away from excessive heat
• ✓ Somewhere clean and dry
• ✓ Away from pets and very young children

Avoid storing squishies pressed tightly against objects that could puncture or permanently change their shape.

SCENTED SQUISHIES

Some Squish products contain fragrance. If you or your child is sensitive to fragrances, please check the product information before purchasing.

Stop using a scented product if you experience irritation or an unexpected reaction.

HANDMADE = UNIQUE

Our handmade squishies are made individually, which means no two are exactly the same! You may notice small differences in:

• Colour
• Shape
• Texture
• Filling
• Surface finish
• Decoration
• Air bubbles
• Small surface marks

These little differences are a normal part of handmade products. Your Squish is uniquely yours!

DIY SQUISHY KITS

DIY kits are designed for creative squishy-making fun. Always follow the instructions included with your kit.

DIY kits may contain small parts, clay, beads, crunchies, glue or other materials that require careful handling. Children should complete DIY activities with appropriate adult supervision.

Never put DIY materials in your mouth and always wash your hands when you've finished creating.

SQUISHY GLUE — IMPORTANT!

18+ PURCHASE ONLY

You must be 18 years or older to purchase Squishy Glue from Squish. Squishy Glue is not a toy. Anyone under 18 may use Squishy Glue only under the direct supervision of a responsible adult. Squishy Glue has a strong odour and must always be used in a well-ventilated area.

When using Squishy Glue:

• ✓ Open windows and ensure good ventilation
• ✓ Follow the instructions on the bottle
• ✓ Replace the lid securely after use
• ✓ Wash your hands after use
• ✓ Store securely when finished

Never:

• ✗ Breathe in the fumes intentionally
• ✗ Swallow the glue
• ✗ Put glue in your mouth
• ✗ Get glue in your eyes
• ✗ Use near heat or flames
• ✗ Leave the glue where young children or pets can reach it

If glue gets into the eyes or is swallowed, stop using the product and seek appropriate medical advice promptly. Take the product packaging with you where possible so the ingredients and safety information can be reviewed.

KEEP SQUISH AWAY FROM PETS

Squishies may look like very tempting toys to cats and dogs! Squish products are not pet toys. Keep squishies, DIY materials, glue, leaked fillings and small parts away from pets.

If you believe a pet has swallowed any part of a Squish product, contact a veterinarian promptly.

Squish gently. Keep it cool. Keep it out of your mouth. Take care of it. And most importantly... have fun!
